Large operator, part of the Holiday Cottages Group, now owned by Cendent, (a US-based travel services provider), particularly targeting families, sold through travel agents as well as direct. The brochure includes lodges and holiday parks as well as cottages. The web site provides virtual tours of a selection of cottages.

Across England, Scotland and Wales.
Style
A wide range from apartments and chalets to a converted lifeboat station, most in countryside. Many include washing machines and dishwashers, swimming pools and games rooms. A number are on farms or close to a beach and there are groups of properties, often with a pool, suitable for larger groups and a few properties sleeping up to 20. All properties are marked with a grading, in line with the tourist board grading system, from one to five stars.
Linen
Charged at £4 per person per week, available direct or with the rental payment, including towels. Occasionally may be included in the price.
Heating May be included in the rental cost or at around half the properties is payable extra, generally by meter reading.
Facilities
Cots and high chairs for under 2s are available at most properties or hired for around £10 per week. A handful of properties can arrange babysitting.
Extras
Pets may be taken at £16 per pet.
Short Breaks
Broadly November to March but sometimes for longer. At any time of year can book a week ahead if there is availability. Otherwise if available, within one month of the booking, depending on availability.
Sample Price
A three-star property with two bedrooms for a week over the May Bank Holiday might be £380.
