All privately owned and frequently used by their owners so individual in character, and properly maintained. Otherwise a mix from two-bedroom places in a town like Holt to others which will sleep 12 nearer the coast, and ancient through to modern.

Most properties include sheets but not bath towels.

Included in the price.
Facilities
Cots, high chairs, generally available, travel cot if not. Some properties have lots of toys. Some have TVs in the bedrooms. Can provide telephone numbers for help with childminding.
Short Breaks
Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday some properties all year, some not in the school summer holidays.
Extras
Fully stocked fridges, food for the freezer and groceries (apparently even the locals are using the food and wine delivery service), plus if required cooks and cleaners. Lots of information on children's sailing, swimming or other courses and activities, help booking excursions, or other specialist local knowledge. Local guides (birdwatching, sightseeing etc) can also be arranged.

A standard property would be three-bedroomed and £750 in high season, £350 in low season.
