A co-operative set up in response to the growth of the Holiday Cottages group. Cottages are booked direct with the owners. The brochure includes a grid highlighting different facilities available. Because of the high proportion of sites with several properties sharing central facilities, this can be a particularly useful option for families who would like their children to have a chance to meet others of a similar age.

Style
Some excellent options, around 20% are tourist board graded de luxe, and all are rated four-star and above. A growing majority are in small country developments with central facilities like pool and gardens. Most are renovations of older buildings though there are a few new build in the vernacular style. Many include multiple cottages suitable for larger parties or there are a handful of extra large options.

Include at virtually all properties.

Included at the majority, along with electricity.
Facilities
Almost all have cots and high chairs to rent though sometimes may be free. Babysitting can probably be arranged at some though would have to check this.
Extras
There are freezer meals available at some properties, or restaurants at some. Some will arrange maid service if required and others offer beauty and holistic treatments.
