Learning
Options include cooking holidays in Italy (minimum age 17 years). The Teikyo Junior Camp near Berlin for 8-15 years with language classes and multi-activity afternoons. This takes German as well as foreign children, encouraging the likelihood of the language being used.
A popular option in France for 13-16 year-olds is at Fontainbleu with a 14-day programme of activities and sports, 15 lessons per week and a full weekend and one afternoon per week in Paris visiting the main sites.
A simpler programme, also very popular, in Montpellier caters to 14-18 years.
Other Activities
Depending on the holiday, (see above). At Montpellier there are activities two afternoons a week and one weekly excursion.
Accommodation
Full board with families or in a residence, depending on the location.
Sample Price
Two weeks at Fontainbleu in July would be £760, two weeks at Montpellier £665.
