Run by an experienced yoga teacher, plus visiting teachers, offering a combination of Iyengar and Astanga yoga, with access to Thai style massage and Chavutti Thirumal applied with the foot and described as a powerful treatment. The mix of yoga and treatments is found to affect participants physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The farm is in 18 rolling acres, with woods and stream, home to several rescued horses. Badgers and foxes pay nightly visits. Accommodation is in the farmhouse but those who come with children generally stay in nearby local accommodation and come over for the yoga as the farm itself is not particularly geared for children. Can arrange childcare locally on request.
