The beds may not be of the width you are used to, access road untarmacked, and electric kettles rare. The range includes villas, cottages and farmhouses, interesting and well decorated properties, around 70% either with pool or access to one.

Season

Generally April to October though there are some low season short breaks to a handful of properties.

Cots available at around 80% of properties. High chairs are available or can be arranged at most.

Extras

A handful of properties could arrange extra maid service. Italian cookery courses are offered at a number of properties in Tuscany and Umbria.

An apartment for four near Lake Trasimeno in Umbria with shared pool and the option of meals in the owner's restaurant costs from £626 per property for a week in high season, price including car hire. Flights can also be arranged.
