Winter temperatures in the north are 6-14ºc (nights especially can be chilly) and it can be wet. In summer the range is 20-32ºc, generally hotter in Tunis.

Further south and inland is 4-14ºc in winter, 21-38ºc in summer, though the low humidity makes it more bearable than you might expect.

The best times to visit depend at least in part where you plan to go and it is worth remembering that sea breezes temper heat on the coast.
