A more conventional programme than many here, principally to Kenya. Children are not accepted on the longer safaris but there are some options. RecommendationsSuggests the 15-night Intrepids Air Safari - considered ideal as most of the itinerary would allow four in a room (except for in Nairobi Serena where the children need a separate room). Intrepids' Lodges offer the Adventurers Club for children over 7 with plenty of activities plus supervision while out in the game parks. the itinerary then moves to the beach at voyages where there is a family orientated all inclusive property. There are two nights in Nairobi, three at the Samburu Intrepids, three at the mara Intrepids) full board in the lodges) and seven nights all inclusive at the Voyages resort in Mombasa.
Sample PriceThe 15-night option would be from £2,347 per adult and from £1,391 per child based on four sharing except in Nairobi, for the end of August. For the 14-night programme is from £1,433 per adult and from £1,294 per child, based on two rooms, in summer. | |||||||||||||||||||
